Meditation Simplified

I studied with Steven Sadleir many years ago. His approach to meditation is by far the most effective in its simplicity and deep connection. Read this book and see for yourself why meditation is beneficial but also very easy to practice. Just imaging craving meditation and soon you will be longing for that deep connection of all consciousness and know its all about infinite love. That's the true grace.

I experienced a vibrational shift whilst reading this book !!

Yes the information is powerful and encapsulates so much wisdom and knowledge. But for me the real power was the energy behind/through the words on the pages of the book. Not for one minute did I sense prejudice in any form or nature ... and that's when it hit me !! It was written with pure love .. and the more I read... the more this universal love frequency started to resonate within me, and I experienced a natural high ... it felt as if I was floating.
My sense of perception was also recalibrated ... I have an even greater sense of awareness. And even now, just thinking about the book, I feel softness inside my heart ... Lovely indeed.
