This is a must for anyone practiciing McKenzie MDT or wanting certification. Very detailed and has all the information for the thoracic & lumbar spine with good pics. Also very good reference for reviewing

Lumbar spine mechanical diagnosis as described, classic textbook, every manual therapist should have one on the shelf. A bit outdated, but an easy to read textbook with much insight.
